MyWalkGear.com's main focus is to produce your personal or team gear order promptly and accurately. We have learned over time that teams tend to need their apparel and gear quickly, in order to do this we have policies in place to make this process seamless and efficient. Once your order is placed online or by phone it enters the MyWalkGear.com production facility immediately. This process allows us to continually provide fast service and order turnaround in 1 - 2 business days. For this reason, changes to orders after they are placed are not permitted.
MyWalkGear.com encourages you to take a few extra moments to review your order before submitting it. Double check the spelling of every name. Make sure the order contains all of the required names and appropriate sizes. We want you to be confident everyone has been accounted for. In addition, MyWalkGear.com recommends reviewing your personalized orders through our Preview Tool, when available, to ensure everything is properly displayed prior to ordering.
Items you receive that are free from defects and made as ordered and described on our website are not returnable. If an error was made on our part we will replace the item immediately at no cost to you.
If you've made a mistake and need to re-order, we'll be happy to offer you a generous 50% discount to do so. If there is a problem with your order please contact Customer Service at 1-800-470-1446. Please do not return any items to us before calling as unauthorized returns will not be accepted and we do not pay for you to ship an item or items back to us.
Any authorized returns or replacements must be made within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs cannot be refunded
