What Is 'Tell My Story' About?
Sharing our passion, struggles, successes and goals make life worth living. MyWalkGear.com is focused on providing a forum for everyone to share their personal story. In the near future we will be adding additional tools to allow all of our members to write about your upcoming benefit, event, walk, run or ride. Share your team photographs and write about how things went.
Why Tell My Story?
Expressing one's feelings through the written word and images provides an outlet. What better way to promote your walk or event and to share the entire process with others than by telling your story. It is a way to educate and help others new to walk events as well as to share those uplifting special moments which occur in every awareness event.
How Do I Tell My Story?
We are developing an easy way for creating your story. In 5 easy steps you will be sharing your personal story with all of our MyWalkGear.com fans as well as your personal Facebook fans.
- Step 1: Create an account with MyWalkGear.com through the Sign In link.
- Step 2: Select the Tell My Story link located on the My Account page.
- Step 3: Begin writing your story.
- Step 4: Upload digital photographs of your team or special image
- Step 5: Publish your story into the MyWalkGear.com site. In addition we provide the opportunity for our members to post the story into their personal Facebook page.
